Our team is here to answer your questions, show you the property and help you get started on your application. We manage rentals throughout Colorado Springs, Monument, Castle Rock, Peyton and the surrounding areas, so there is a good chance we will have what you are looking for!


Once you have signed your lease and we have put you in the system, you will be able to register for your Tenant Portal. Through the Tenant Portal you will find a number of convenient online options for handling your rental business, including online rent payments, rent autopay, online maintenance requests and more.

  • Can I have a pet?

    I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  • My roommate wants to move out. What do I need to do?

  • Is the yard my responsibility to maintain?

    Unless otherwise noted in your lease, you are responsible for mowing, watering, and weeding the lawn as well as any plants as needed. Lawns must be watered regularly. REMAX provides service to turn on sprinklers in the Spring and shut them down in the fall. Some properties reside in HOAs that provide partial or full yard maintenance. 

    Snow removal is also the tenant's responsibility. Properties located in HOAs have strict requirements for snow removal. If you live in a townhouse or condo association, the HOA generally provides snow removal of 2" or more.

  • Am I responsible for changing filters?

    Yes, HVAC, refrigerator, etc., filters are the tenant's responsibility to purchase and change, as recommended. 

  • Am I responsible for changing batteries and lightbulbs?

    Tenants are responsible for changing the batteries in smoke/CO2 detectors, doorbells, and electronic locks.  Tenants are also replacing lightbulbs on the exterior, interior, and appliances. 

  • Who is responsible for paying maintenance/repair requests?

    In most cases, general maintenance and repairs are covered at the landlord's expense. Repairs caused by the tenant's negligence or tenant accidents are the responsibility of the tenant. Accidental damage is often covered by the tenant's renters' insurance policy.
